When will the photo be available online?

Th photos will be posted online as soon as the sorting and optimization process is finished. The time needed can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the number of participants. It is possible, by clicking on the event, to activate the notification service as soon as the photos will be published.

HOW LONG WILL THE PHOTOS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

On average, photos are kept for a couple of years on our servers, while on the site they might be available for about a year.

WHAT RESOLUTION DO THE DIGITAL PHOTOS HAVE?​

The photos are in high resolution with the long side measuring 4000 pixels. The file can be 2-5 MP and is therefore suitable for print sizes up to A4. The file size varies depending on the camera used and the subject.

How does the facial recognition work?

The software can't always read your bib number, so we also have a very sophisticated facial recognition system. Just take a selfie and the software will find all the photos in which you are present. 

HAVE I ACQUIRED THE RIGHTS FOR FURTHER USE WITH THE PURCHASE?​

SportPix sells photos for private use only, any further use must be checked and approved by SportPix, resulting in possible usage rights fees. Contact us here for more info.
